Founder of Luma University.

I’m an award-winning commercial photographer and educator based in Wyoming, focused on helping people build real skill behind the camera. I live here with my wife and our three kids, always finding new moments that remind me why this craft matters.

My background spans more than a decade in the visual arts; animation, design, video, and sound; but photography is where everything clicked for me. It’s where creativity meets discipline, and where small improvements add up to big breakthroughs.

I started Luma University because photography education shouldn’t be vague or overcomplicated. It should be clear, practical, and something that makes you want to grab your camera and try again. Every lesson I create is about building confidence, understanding light, and actually enjoying the process of learning.
